b. Market Analysis: Understand the competitive landscape and industry trends. Identify what sets your product or service apart from others.

Ideation and Planning (Stage 2)

b. Soft Launch: Release the product to a limited audience to gather initial feedback and identify potential issues.

c. Marketing and Promotion: Create a marketing strategy to reach your target audience and generate buzz around your product.

Post-Launch and Maintenance (Stage 7)

The work doesn’t stop after the launch. It’s crucial to continue monitoring and improving the product based on user feedback and changing market conditions.

a. User Support: Provide excellent customer support to address user inquiries and issues promptly.

b. Updates and Enhancements: Continuously update the product with new features, improvements, and bug fixes.

c. Analytics and Metrics: Keep an eye on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the product meets its goals.
